Senior Product Manager, YouTube

Dror is a Sr. Product Manager at YouTube. He leads the Creators & Curators product team, responsible for the platform millions of channels use to upload, manage and enhance their videos, program their channels, and build an audience. In this role, he was the product lead for launching YouTube Original Programming, a large investment in the next generation of online video.

Dror joined Google in 2005, where he led the AdSense for Search product (the world's largest ad network), pioneered Google's forays into coupons, and helped launch Google Checkout. He currently serves as an advisor to WhaleShark Media, owner of the largest coupon site (RetailMeNot), and invests in early-stage companies with the talent to pursue big, commercial opportunities.

Prior to Google, Dror worked in management consulting and helped establish the New Business Development and Venture Capital teams at Capital One. Dror holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College. He lives in Menlo Park with his wife and daughter.
